WHAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES OF CHOOSING PRINTED MATTER?

Printed Matter makes invitations that fit any budget, from the simple to the extraordinary.

We offer options to change the colors, fonts and wordings for free with every order. Our minimum order is only 50 sets (30 sets for re-orders). We can even help you with shipping arrangements for delivery to your doorsteps by reliable couriers.

WHAT IS YOUR PRINTING METHOD?

Printed Matter’s digital printing technology was designed to offer exceptional quality with a fast turnaround time. Slight color differences in the output do occur, but overall and most importantly, we make creativity and affordability possible.

DO YOU DELIVER INVITES?

Yes. Orders from our online store can be delivered by reputable couriers. We will always strive to select the most reliable yet reasonably-priced shipping method to keep costs down.

What happens when invites delivered have an error/misprint committed by PM?

PM will gladly reprint and will re-ship the whole order at no expense to the client. Priority will be given to hasten and make up for lost time, or you may choose to keep the order and we will refund 25% of the ordered amount.

What happens when invites delivered have an error/misprint committed by the client?

It is strongly advised that the client should double check the final file before emailing their confirmation. An error/misprint on the card but has been missed and approved by the client is subject to full payment.

Should reorder with applicable corrections be made, we will give a 10% discount for reprints totalling to the quantity that had the errors. Full shipping fees will be shouldered by the client.

What happens when the client wants to cancel the order?

Orders can only be cancelled within a 24-hour period after payment has been made and Printed Matter will give a full refund less bank and payment gateway charges within 72 hours after payment has been posted. After the 24-hour period all orders are considered non-cancelable, but transferable to another individual or event.

AFTER RECEIVING A CONFIRMATION RECEIPT OF MY APPROVAL, WHAT IS PRINTED MATTER’S DELIVERY TIMELINE?

For Domestic Orders
   Enveloped Invitations - 10 Days max after approval (through Courier)
   Boxed Invitations - 14 Days max after approval (through Courier)
For International Orders
   Enveloped Invitations - 14 Days max after approval (through Courier)
   Boxed Invitations - 20 Days max after approval (through Courier)

CAN I REQUEST FOR AN ACTUAL MOCK-UP?

Yes. Actual mock-up of the invitation set is available for a reasonable price of just P250 only (subject to courier fees) and usually takes 2-3 business days upon receipt of payment. We suggest making the request once the soft proof has already been approved.

DO YOU ACCEPT REORDERS WITH CORRECTIONS?

Yes, both with and without corrections. Just click on the form and inform us that this is a re-order. Complete the form and we will make sure you get your re-order in the shortest possible time.

Do you allow customization?

Yes. There is absolutely no charge for basic customization that involves changes in font colors, fonts and wordings that are found on our resources page. However, should you wish to have a full-conceptual customization, just call our hotline at (632) 217-4750 to set an appointment. (Customization Service Fees will apply)

DO YOU DO CARICATURE?

Yes, a caricature fee of P800 will apply. Fee is applicable to 1-2 heads. Just email us a clear photo and we’ll take care of the rest. Please send us clear pictures that have frontal views so our artists can base the faces of the caricature on.

Do you print in other languages? Do you offer translation services?

We can print other languages, just send us the soft copy in PDF format and we'll take care of the rest. At the moment, we can only offer translations from English to Chinese for a minimal fee of P1,000.
